The Drive Pulley is a product that is becoming increasingly more significant within our production.

Our cooperation with a number of key customers, particularly in the motorbike sector, has enabled us to improve our process to meet the increasing demand in this and other markets.

The Powder Metal process provides a significant production cost reduction, and the use of high density nickel steel ensures a high stress resistance, thus allowing the replacement of parts produced with traditional steel in various applications.

Pulleys are produced with compression, sintering and sizing. Subsequently they can be heat or steam treated in order to increase wear resistance.

The production process can be complemented with treatments to reduce belt friction, or increase corrosion resistance.
